Celebrate the close of the financial year with an elevated dining experience at The Cut Bar & Grill. Tucked away within The Collective precinct in The Rocks, our private dining options range from the intimate Wine Room to the grand Rocks Room, which can host up to 70 seated or 100 standing.
Set menus feature classics like prime rib empanadas, John Dory with corn sauce, and wagyu Pithivier with bone marrow and bourbon. Cocktail receptions and canapé selections are also available, complemented by a tailored wine list curated by our head sommelier.
